氟比洛芬酯复合地佐辛在妇科手术后静脉镇痛中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 分析氟比洛芬酯复合地佐辛在妇科手术后静脉镇痛中的应用效果。 方法 抽选2014年8月～2015年6月我院接收的无麻醉禁忌、ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级、择期手术需术后静脉镇痛的妇科患者100例，将其随机分成三组，A组为单纯氟比洛芬酯对照组，B组为单纯地佐辛组，C组为氟比洛芬酯复合地佐辛组，比较三组患者临床镇痛结果。 结果 C组术后镇痛期间不同时间点视觉模拟评分与A、B组比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；C组术后24 h镇痛评分为（2.31±1.40）分，低于A、B组的（2.59±1.74）分、（2.61±1.75）分，但差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；C组不良反应发生率低于A、B组患者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 氟比洛芬酯联合地佐辛药物静脉镇痛效果突出，可减轻患者疼痛度，不良反应轻微，意义重大，值得应用。 　　[关键词] 氟比洛芬酯；地佐辛；妇科手术；静脉镇痛 　　[中图分类号] R614.2+4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）01（b）-0112-03 　　Application effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine in intravenous analgesia after gynecologic surgery 　　TAN Zhi-lin 　　Department of Anesthesiology，People′s Hospital of Xinxing County in Guangdong Province，Xinxing 527400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine in intravenous analgesia after gynecologic surgery. Methods 100 patients with ASAⅠto Ⅱdegree and without anesthesia taboo，elective surgery and needed postoperative intravenous analgesia patients from August 2014 to June 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into three groups，Group A was simply flurbiprofen axetil control group，group B was simply dezocine group and group C was flurbiprofen axetil combined with dezocine group.The clinical analgesia effect among three groups was compared.
