泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗反流性食管炎的临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年2月-2014年3月到本院就诊的88例反流性食管炎患者，按照就诊顺序编号将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组44例。对照组采用常规方法治疗，治疗组在此基础上采用泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床症状评分、临床症状治疗效果、胃镜检查治疗效果及不良反应和复发情况。结果：经治疗后，治疗组的临床症状总有效率为97.7%明显高于对照组的81.8%，胃镜检查治疗总有效率95.5%明显高于对照组的77.3%，临床症状评分及复发率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论：泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗反流性食管炎的疗效显著，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊； 反流性食管炎； 临床疗效 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of Pantoprazole enteric coated capsules in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Method：88 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to March 2014 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of medical treatment，44 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional method for treatment，the treatment group was given Pantoprazole enteric coated capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores，the treatment effect of clinical symptoms，gastroscopy treatment effect，adverse reactions and recurrence between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After treatment，the total effective rate of clinical symptom scores in the treatment group was 97.7%，which was significantly higher than 81.8% in the control group，the total effective rate of gastroscopy in the treatment group was 95.5%，which was significantly higher than 77.3% of the control group，the clinical symptom scores and the recurrence rate were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion：The curative effect of Pantoprazole enteric coated capsules in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is significant，is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Pantoprazole enteric coated capsules； Reflux esophagitis； Clinical curative effect 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Ganzhou City，Ganzhou 341000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.16
