沃尔玛招聘 Retail Services Strategy 零售增值服务及战略 (简历请发至:b4zhang@) Senior Product Manager – Insurance Product Responsibilities: Develop new retail services product short, mid-long term working roadmap based on customer needs, market trends and corporate department strategy 根据顾客需要市场趋势和部门战略发开短期/中期零售增值产品, 1.Develop new product pipeline (including insurance product, financial product, traveling related product, convenience and healthcare product etc.), evaluate new product ideas using consumer market research, market trend forecast, financial and other analysis. 开发新增值服务产品及业务,用市场调研/市场趋势预测/财务分析及其它方法评估新产品. 2.Work with the supervisor to develop the best business and financial model, work out corresponding approach for every new product, ensure it is aligned with overall company and dept strategy and execution. 与上级主管一起制定最佳业务及财务模式,制定相应的产品开发规划,确保与公司及部门战略相一致并负责执行。 3.Manage and monitor new product launching ,tracking and evaluating process and procedure, working closely with cross functional teams across the company including operations, merchandising, ISD, marketing, finance and legal etc both in China and in U.S. 负责管理并监控新产品的上市,跟踪和评估相关流程,程序,和美国及中国的其他部门(运营,采购,IT,市场,财务及法律部等)紧密合作, 4.Collaborate to work on the risk assessment and define the mitigation plan and process. 评估产品风险,制定风险规避计划及工作流程。 5.Negotiate the best deal with partners and suppliers for the company 负责与供应商及合作伙伴谈判,确保公司利益最大化。 6.Work with relevant department to develop the new retail services product go to market strategy, promotional and execution calendar 和公司其他部门合作,制定新产品的上市及市场战略,促销计划和执行时间表。 7.Evaluate the whole process to define improvement plan and enhance the product competitiveness in the market. 评估整个的流程及所有细节制定改善计划,使产品更加具有市场竞争力。 KPI delivering 对KPI负责 1.Work with Finance team for KPI setting based on product payback analysis and launching arrangement. 和财务部门一起制定产品KPI,产品回报分析和产品上市安排。 2.Monitor track the KPI for new product launching and report out timely 监控新产品KPI,并定期报告。 3.Define KPI improvement action plan
