米非司酮联合复方益母草胶囊治疗宫内妊娠物残留的临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨米非司酮联合复方益母草胶囊治疗宫内妊娠物残留的临床效果。 方法 选取2013年1月～2015年6月本院收治的104例宫内妊娠残留物患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组（62例）与对照组（42例）。对照组给予米非司酮片治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予复方益母草胶囊治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、阴道出血时间及住院时间。 结果 观察组的总有效率为98.39%，显著高于对照组的83.33%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的转清宫率为1.61%，显著低于对照组的14.29%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的阴道出血时间及住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 米非司酮联合复方益母草胶囊治疗宫内妊娠物残留效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 宫内妊娠物残留；米非司酮；清宫术 　　[中图分类号] R271.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（b）-0155-03 　　Clinical effect of mifepristone combined with compound Motherwort capsule in the treatment of intrauterine pregnancy residue 　　AO Li 　　Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics，Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangchang County in Jiangxi Province，Guangchang 344900，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with compound Motherwort capsule in the treatment of intrauterine pregnancy residue. Methods 104 intrauterine pregnancy residue patients from January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=62） and the control group （n=42）.The control group was given mifepristone，the observation group was given further compound Motherwort capsule on the basis of control group.The clinical effect，vaginal bleeding time and hospital stay in the two groups was compared.
