糖尿病患者舒适护理临床应用效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究和分析糖尿病患者的舒适护理方法，并观察在舒适护理方法下患者血糖水平、生活质量的波动情况。方法 选取该院自2014年12月―2015年6月期间收治的78例糖尿病患者，按随机原则，划分为观察组与对照组两组（各39例），对照组采取常规护理手段，观察组以常规护理为预处理手段，进一步给予舒适性护理。结果 通过两周的护理处理之后，观察组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平分别为（5.2±1.5）mmol/L和（8.4±1.9）mmol/L，较对照组有明显的改善，该两组患者护理后血糖水平对比，差异有统计学意义。 结论 对糖尿病患者采取舒适护理手段，能够有效的将糖尿病患者血糖控制在正常水平，从而提升糖尿病患者的生活水平，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 舒适护理；糖尿病；血糖控制；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）05（b）-0179-02 　　Study on the Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing Clinical Diabetic Patients 　　XIE Ya-xin 　　The second peoples Hospital of Jiaohe City，Jiaohe，Jilin Province，132500 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the comfortable nursing methods for patients with diabetes mellitus， and observe the fluctuation of blood glucose level and quality of life in patients with comfort care. Methods Selected in our hospital from June December 2014 to 2015 period were treated 78 cases of patients with diabetic patients， were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（39 cases）， control group adopted routine nursing method， observation group with routine nursing for pre processing method， further to give comfort nursing. Results After the two weeks of nursing treatment of the observed group of patients with fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels two hours respectively（5.2±1.5）mmol/L and（8.4±1.9）mmol/L， than in the control group had significant improvement， the two groups of patients after nursing comparison of blood glucose level， differences statistically significant.
