纳美芬治疗苯二氮类药物中毒疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 观察纳美芬在苯二氮类药物中毒治疗过程中的疗效。方法 129例苯二氮类药物中毒患者， 随机分为研究组（64例）和对照组（65例）， 除常规治疗（吸氧、洗胃、导泄、利尿、补液等基础治疗）外， 对照组给予纳洛酮治疗， 研究组给予纳美芬治疗。比较两组患者不同意识障碍到清醒时所用时间。结果 浅昏迷状态下研究组和对照组从昏迷到清醒所用时间分别为（6.30±1.01）、（8.95±1.48）h；中昏迷状态下研究组和对照组从昏迷到清醒所用时间分别为（22.44±4.52）、（28.73±6.09）h；深昏迷状态下研究组和对照组从昏迷到清醒所用时间分别为（38.33±7.34）、（52.67±9.29）h， 两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 纳美芬在治疗苯二氮类药物中毒过程中能明显缩短昏迷到清醒所用时间， 治疗效果较好， 值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 纳美芬；纳洛酮；苯二氮类药物中毒；疗效 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.09.015 　　Observation of curative effect by nalmefene in the treatment of benzodiazepine drugs poisoning WANG Shun-da， LIU Zhen-guo， WU Dong. Methods A total of 129 patients with benzodiazepine drugs poisoning were randomly divided into research group （64 cases） and control group （65 cases）. In addition to conventional therapy （oxygen inhalation， gastric lavage， discharge guidence， dieresis， and fluid infusion）， the control group received naloxone， and the research group received nalmefene. Comparison was made on time from different disturbance of consciousness degree to awaken state. Results In light coma， the time from coma to awaken state was respectively （6.30±1.01） and （8.95±1.48） h in the research group and the control group. In moderate coma， the research group and control group had time from coma to awaken state as （22.44±4.52） and （28.73±6.09） h. In deep coma， the time from coma to awaken state was respectively （38.33±7.34） and （52.67±9.29） h in the research group and the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of benzodiazepine drugs poisoning， nalmefene can remarkably reduce time from coma to awaken state， along with precisely curative effect.
