综合护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者合并急性脑梗死患者的临床研究 　　DOI：10.16658/j.cnki.1672-4062.2016.13.189 　　[摘要] 目的 研究综合护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者合并急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法 随机择取该院在2015年1月―12月期间接诊的患有2型糖尿病联合脑梗塞的老年患者100名，将其按照抽签的方式随机分成实验组和参照组，每组50名患者。对参照组行以常规性的护理干预，对实验组则行以综合性护理干预。结果 经过不同的护理干预，实验组患者对于护理工作的满意程度（98%）明显优于参照组（86%），两组对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 综合护理有着重要的应用意义，值得在相关领域进行推广。 　　[关键词] 综合护理干预；老年2型糖尿病患者；急性脑梗死；临床研究 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）07（a）-0189-02 　　Clinical Study of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction 　　GONG Jing 　　The General Hospital of Heilongjiang Province， Qitaihe mining Refco Group Ltd，Qitaihe，Heilongjiang Province，154600 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Randomly selects my courtyard in January 2015 to admissions during the December of the same year with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction of the elderly patients with 100， according to the lottery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group， each group 50 patients. In the experimental group， the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention， the reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention. Results After different nursing intervention， the experimental group of patients for nursing work satisfaction degree（98%） was significantly better than the reference group （86%）， the two groups compared to the presence of significant differences（P 0.05）， with statistical significance.
