老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平变化分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平变化。方法：选择57例老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者作为A组，选择60例单纯2型糖尿病患者作为B组，将60例门诊健康体检者作为对照组，检测各组研究对象血尿酸（SUA）及血脂水平，并采用Pearson相关分析法分析A组SUA与血脂指标之间的相关性。结果：与对照组比较，A组、B组的SUA、TG、TC、LDL-C均明显升高，HDL-C明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P0，P0.05），与LDL-C呈显著负正相关性（r0，P0.05）。结论：老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者SUA水平及血脂水平明显升高，改善患者血脂代谢异常有助于降低SUA水平。 　　【关键词】 高血压； 2型糖尿病； 老年患者； 血尿酸； 分析 　　中图分类号 R544.1 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）12-0005-02 　　Analysis of Serum Uric Acid Level in Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus/SU Bin.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（12）：5-6 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the changes of serum uric acid level in aged patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method：Fifty-seven elderly patients with hypertension with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the group A，60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the group B，60 out-patient clinic health persons were selected as the control group，the serum uric acid（SUA） and serum lipid levels were detected in each group，the correlation between SUA and serum lipids in group A was analyzed by the Pearson correlation analysis.Result：The SUA，TG，TC and LDL-C of the group A and group B were significantly higher than those of the control group，HDL-C was significantly lower than that of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0，P0.05），was negatively related to LDL-C（r0，P0.05）.Conclusion：SUA level and serum lipid levels in elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus are significantly increased，and the abnormal serum lipid metabolism can reduce the level of SUA. 　　【Key words】 Hypertension； Type 2 diabetes； Elderly patients； Serum uric acid； Analysis 　　First-author’s address：Xinwen Mining Refco Group Ltd Health and Epidemic Prevention Station，Xintai 271223，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.12.003 　　高血压和糖尿病均是我国中老年群体中的常见病和多发病，其发病率在各类疾病中居于前列。临床研究显示，高血压和糖尿病均是冠心病等疾病的重要危险因素[1]。近几年，随着我国社会老龄化加剧，高血压合并2型糖尿病的发病率逐年升高，而且
