58例职业暴露发生状况调查及分析 　　【摘要】 目的 调查本院医务人员职业暴露发生状况及原因分析，探讨其预防措施。方法 收集本院2005年8月～2012年12月发生职业暴露登记的所有资料进行统计。结果 经分析，医务人员职业暴露的主要分布在内科、手术室、外科，护士最多，以5年以下工龄人员为主，多数知道暴露情况，暴露源以梅毒为首，发生地点主要集中在病房，暴露发生方式以锐器伤为主。结论 职业暴露的危害极大，是目前所有医务人员及管理者日常工作中必须关注的问题，应重视职业暴露安全教育，加大安全管理力度，提供最新和最实用的职业安全防护知识、技术和信息，以达到正确地预防和减少职业伤害的发生。 　　【关键词】 医务人员；职业暴露；职业防护；职业安全 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2015.17.194 　　Research and analysis of occurrence of 58 occupational exposure cases XUN Ling-fu， OU Jie-mei， CHEN Hai-yan. Guangdong Lianzhou City People’s Hospital， Lianzhou 513400， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To research the occurrence condition of occupational exposure in medical personnel in our hospital， to analyze its causes， and to investigate prevention measures. Methods All data of occupational exposure in our hospital during August 2005～December 2012 were all collected for summarization. Results Analysis showed occupational exposure mainly occurred in general medicine department， operating room， and surgery department， with nurse as the most effected staff. Majority of staff had awareness of exposure source， while those with working age less than 5 years had much higher incidence of occupational exposure. Syphilis ranked first as exposure source. Occupational injury mainly occurred in ward due to sharp instrument injury. Conclusion Occupational exposure contains massive damage， and it should be paid with high attention by all medical personnel and manager in daily work.
