PCDH9、BAG―1S蛋白表达对非小细胞肺癌新辅助化疗预后状况的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨原钙黏附蛋白9（Protocadherin 9，PCDH9）、抗凋亡蛋白BAG-1S（Bcl-2associated athanogenel，BAG-1S）表达对非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）新辅助化疗预后状况的影响。方法：选取2008年1月-2009年12月本院肿瘤科收治的非小细胞肺癌手术联合新辅助化疗患者178例作为研究对象，术中采集非小细胞肺癌组织标本（178例）和癌旁组织标本（154例），采用免疫组化法检测组织标本中PCDH9、BAG-1S蛋白的表达。结果：非小细胞肺癌组织PCDH9蛋白阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织，BAG-1S蛋白阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；PCDH9蛋白阳性表达者总生存时间和无进展生存期均明显高于PCDH9蛋白阴性表达者，BAG-1S阳性者总生存时间和无进展生存期均明显低于BAG-1S蛋白阴性表达者，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：PCDH9、BAG-1S蛋白表达可预示非小细胞肺癌新辅助化疗预后状况，其中PCDH9阳性表达越高，BAG-1S阳性表达越低，疾病预后越佳。 　　【关键词】 PCDH9； BAG-1S； 非小细胞肺癌； 新辅助化疗； 预后 　　Influence of the Expression of PCDH9 and BAG-1S Protein on Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients’ Prognosis after the Treatment of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy/LUO Hao-qiu.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（23）：013-015 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the influence of the expression of PCDH9 and BAG-1S protein on non small cell lung cancer patients’ prognosis after the treatment of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Method：178 patients with operative NSCLC who were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in oncology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.178 tissue specimens of NSCLC and 154 tissue specimens of paracancerous tissues were collected during the operation.The expression of PCDH9 and BAG-1S protein were detected by immunohistochemistry. Result： The positive expression rate of PCDH9 in NSCLC tissues was significantly lower than that in the paracancerous tissues，the positive expression rate of BAG-1S in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous tissues，the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.The overall survival and progression free survival of the PCDH9 positive expression patients and BAG-1S negative expression patients were significantly higher than those of the PCDH9 negative expression patients and BAG-1S positive expression patients，the differences above were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The
