S100B蛋白在颅脑损伤合并其他部位伤中的表达及与患者预后的关系 　　[摘要]目的 探讨S100B蛋白在颅脑损伤合并其他部位伤中的表达及与患者预后的关系。方法 将120例颅脑损伤合并其他部位伤的患者分为轻、中、重颅脑外伤合并其他部位伤，伤后24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h、168 h、240 h分别静脉采血离心分离血清，了解患者伤后S100B蛋白变化情况，S100B测定采用ELISA法。同时选取同期30例健康体检者为对照组，分析颅脑损伤程度与血清S100B蛋白的相关性。结果 颅脑损伤患者与血清S100B蛋白浓度与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05），且在不同时间段之间血清S100B蛋白浓度之间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；颅脑损伤程度与血清S100B蛋白含量呈正相关，与GCS、COS评分呈负相关（r=0.788，P0.05；r=-0.837，P0.05；r=-0.791，P0.05）； 血清S100B蛋白含量越高，颅脑损伤程度越严重，患者预后情况越差。 结论 S100B蛋白与患者预后情况密切相关，血清中S100B检测具有更大的临床应用价值。 　　[关键词]S100B蛋白表达；颅脑损伤；患者预后；分析 　　[中图分类号]R5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）04（b）-0056-02 　　S100B Protein and its Relationship with the Prognosis of Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury Combined with Injuries in other Parts 　　KANG Rui 　　Department of NeurosurgeryPeoples Hospital of Hechuan District， Chongqing，401520 China 　　[Abstract]Objective Discussion S100B protein in brain injury associated with other parts of the injury and the relationship between the expression of prognosis.Methods The 120 cases of traumatic brain injury combined with other parts of the injuries were divided into mild， moderate and severe traumatic brain injury with other parts of the injury， after injury24 h， 48 h， 72 h， 96 h， 168 h， 240 h， respectively venous blood serum was separated by centrifugation， understand the patient injury after the change of S100B， S100B was measured by ELISA.
