MMP―9、TIMP―1的表达与糖尿病合并肺结核发病的关系探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨不同程度的糖尿病合并肺结核患者的肺部病变基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1（TIMP-1）表达水平的差异。方法：选取本院住院的肺结核合并糖尿病患者肺组织60例（A组），肺结核非糖尿病患者肺组织47例（B组）及正常肺组织45例（C组），采用免疫组化方法检测肺组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1表达水平，并收集患者肺结核相关临床资料进行统计分析。结果：A组的MMP-9、TIMP-1、MMP-9/TIMP-1显著高于B、C组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。B组的MMP-9、TIMP-1及MMP-9/TIMP-1较C组高，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。活动性肺结核患者MMP-9、MMP-9/TIMP-1高于非活动性肺结核患者，活动性肺结核患者TIMP-1表达低于非活动性肺结核患者（痰抗酸杆菌阴性，X片显示增殖性病变、纤维包囊紧密的干酪硬结灶及纤维钙化灶）。结论：MMP-9、TIMP-1及其比值与肺结核患者的病变程度密切相关，MMP-9/TIMP-1表达失衡在肺结核合并糖尿病的发病过程中发挥着重要作用。 　　【关键词】 基质金属蛋白酶-9； 组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1； 糖尿病； 肺结核 　　The Expression Levels and Significance of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the Lung Lesions of Tuberculosis Patients with Diabetes Mellitus/CHEN Jian-er，WU Wen-bin，GUO Jian.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（24）：005-007 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To compare the expression level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and explore it’s significance in patients of tuberculosis combined with diabetes.Method：The patients in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups：group A of 60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes，group B of 47 patients with benign lung lesions，group C of 45 patients without tuberculosis. Immunocytochemistry method was used to test the expression level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the lung lesions. The clinical data of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were collected and analyzed statistically.Result： The expression level of MMP-9，TIMP-1 and MMP-9/TIMP-1 had significance in three groups，the expression level of group A was the highest，the next was group B，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The expression levels of MMP-9，MMP-9/TIMP-1 in the patients with active tuberculosis were higher than the patients with non-active tuberculosis ， however the expression level of TIMP-1 in patients with active tuberculosis was less than patients with no-active tuberculosis （sputum negative which acid fast bacilli，X-ray showed hyperplastic lesions，fiber cyst closely cheese scleroma focal calcifications）.Conc
