刺激植物神经系统治疗腹型癫痫综合征探析 　　摘要：目的： 现有治疗癫痫发作手段基本上多为抗癫痫类药物，但其药物的副作用对人体伤害较大，加上部分患者对药物治疗的依从性差；因此，传统的药物服用难以获得满意效果。今年开始，我院以脑电图（EEG）功能检查为基础配合临床试验，对腹型癫痫综合征（AAS）中的一个亚型，在其发作过程中，通过刺激植物神经系统（VNS）方法来达到缓解或控制其症状的可行性进行积极的探索。 方法： 筛选与本院脑电图室合作的各科室符合AAS诊断的患者男性3例，女性2例，年龄5～12岁，平均年龄8岁，共5例通过刺激植物神经系统的方法治疗。结果： 5例患者发作时症状均可得到不同程度的缓解或控制。结论： 刺激植物神经系统治疗AAS，对临床缓解、控制癫痫发作拓开一个新的途径，对发展联合中、西医治疗有较好的前景，使其成为临床治疗癫痫发作的补充。 　　关键词：植物神经系统；腹型癫痫综合征；脑电图 　　Abstract：Objective： The current therapeutic method for epileptic seizure usually uses the anti-epileptic medicines. While the side effects of the traditional anti-epileptic medicines is harmful to the human body and the patients would be disgusted with this kind of medicine； so the doctor and the patients did not satisfied with the traditional therapeutic effect. Starting for this year， our hospital is developing a novel method to release or improve the symptom of the Abdominal Apoplexy Syndrome （AAS）.The new method is based on the Electroencephalogram （EEG） function inspection and the clinic trial. By stimulating the vegetative nervous system （VNS） during the attacking stage of the subtype of the AAS， we have obviously improved the symptom of the patients.Methods We selected 3 male patients and 2 female patients with the average age of 8 years old ranging from 5 to 12. These patients have been diagnosed to fit the AAS symptoms by comprehensive diagnosis from the doctors in related departments of our hospital.The 5 cases were treated by stimulating the VNS and monitor the therapeutic effect.Results The AAS symptoms of the five patients were released or improved for varying degrees during the attacking stage by our new methods.Conclusion Stimulating the VNS will play a supplementary role in treating the AAS， which will clinically relieve the AAS symptoms and open up a new approach for controlling the epileptic seizure. It is a promising therapeutic method for developing the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine. 　　Keywords：Vegetative Nervous Sys
