卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素防治胎盘因素性产后出血的效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素防治胎盘因素性产后出血的临床效果。方法：选取2013年2月-2014年2月在本院单胎妊娠且自愿行剖宫产分娩术的产妇82例，按照随机数字表法分成两组，41例对照组产妇在胎儿娩出后行宫缩素宫底肌肉注射，41例研究组产妇在对照组基础上加用卡前列素氨丁三醇，比较两组产妇的产后出血量、血红蛋白、术后并发症与不良反应。结果：研究组产妇术后2、12、24 h的出血量均比对照组少，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；术后1、2 d时，两组产妇的血红蛋白水平显著下降，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组产妇产后出血率12.20%，术后并发症总发生率14.63%，均低于对照组的29.27%、36.59%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素防治胎盘因素性产后出血，可以降低剖宫产术后出血量与血红蛋白下降幅度，减少术后并发症的发生。 　　【关键词】 卡前列素氨丁三醇； 胎盘因素性产后出血； 疗效 　　The Clinical Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Combined with Oxytocin in the Treatment of Cesarean Placental Factors of Postpartum Hemorrhage/GUO Li-xuan，CHEN Xiao-min，WEI Ju-zhi.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（16）：031-033 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Carboprost tromethamine combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of cesarean placental factors of postpartum hemorrhage.Method：82 cases surgery voluntary cesarean section delivery of maternal were randomly selected from February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital.All patients were divided into two groups using the random number table.41 cases in the control group were treated by Oxytocin injection，41 cases in the study group were used Carboprost tromethamine based on control group.Maternal hemoglobin，postoperative complications and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared.Result：The bleeding amount of study group at 2，12，24 h were all less than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The maternal hemoglobin levels decreased significantly after 1，2 d，and differences were both statistically significant （P0.05）.The postpartum hemorrhage rate with 12.20% and the overall incidence of postoperative complications with 14.63%，were both lower than the control group with 29.27% and 36.59%，and the differences were statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion：Carboprost tromethamine combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of cesarean placental factors of postpartum hemorrhage，c
