男同性恋负面身体意象的特点 　　【摘要】目的：了解男同性恋身体意象的特点，为男同性恋进食障碍等身心问题提供理论和数据解释。方法：采用方便抽样法，招募男同性恋大学生被试71例，男异性恋大学生被试92例，运用负面身体自我量表胖分量表（NPSS-F）和瘦分量表（NPSS-T），比较两组被试负面身体意象的差异。结果：（1）两组被试的胖负面身体意象量表得分存在显著差异，男同组的得分显著高于男异组（P0.001）；被动型男同得分显著高于主动型（（P0.001））。（2）在瘦负面身体意象上，男异组的得分显著高于男同组（P0.001）；主动型男同性恋的得分显著高于被动型（P0.001）。结论：（1）男同性恋较容易产生胖负面身体意象；（2）主动型男同性恋与男异性恋组相近，容易产生瘦负面身体意象，而被动型男同性恋则容易产生胖负面身体意象。 　　【关键词】男同性恋；男异性恋；胖（瘦）负面身体意象；主动型男同性恋；被动型男同性恋 　　The characteristics of body negative image of male homosexualsHE Kai1， ZHANG Hui1， WANG Ling2△， QI Lin1， LIANG Qin2， YANG Caofen2， REN Yi2， SUN Meng2. 1. Methods： Using convenient sampling method， 71 college male homosexuals and 92 college male heterosexuals were selected.
