胸腔镜辅助小切口开胸术与全胸镜手术治疗自发性气胸的效果比较 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨胸腔镜辅助小切口开胸术（VAMT）与全胸镜手术（VATS）治疗自发性气胸的临床应用效果。 方法 选取2008年4月～2012年10月我院收治的69例自发性气胸患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（35例）和研究组（34例）。研究组患者给予VAMT，对照组患者给予VATS，分别对两组患者围术期相关指标以及术后疼痛情况进行比较研究。 结果 与对照组患者相比，研究组患者手术时间和住院时间均明显缩短，术中出血量和术后引流量明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者术后VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组，止痛药物应用时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 VAMT治疗自发性气胸具有创伤小、患者疼痛轻、术后康复快等优点，值得临床应用。 　　[关键词] 胸腔镜辅助小切口开胸术；全胸镜手术；自发性气胸 　　[中图分类号] R563.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（b）-0037-03 　　Comparative effect of video-assisted mini-thoractomy and video-assisted thoracic surgery in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax 　　NIU Shi-hai 　　Department of Thoracic Surgery，Central Hospital of Liaoyang City in Liaoning Province，Liaoyang 111000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical application effect of video-assisted mini-thoractomy（VAMT） and video-assisted thoracic surgery（VATS） in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 69 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax in our hospital from April 2008 to October 2012 were selected as research object.They were divided into control group（n=35） and study group（n=34） in randomly.The study group was treated with VAMT，control group was treated with VATS.The related indicators of perioperative and postoperative pain in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with control group，the operation time and hospital stay in study group was shortened significantly，blood loss and postoperative drainage was decreased significantly，the differences were significant （P0.05）.Postoperative VAS pain score in study group was significantly lower than that of control group，pain medication use time in study group was significantly shorter than that of control group，the difference was significant （P0.05）. Conclusion VAMT has the advantages of small incision，less pain and quicker recovery in the of spontaneous pneumothorax，it is worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key words] Video-assisted mini-thoractomy；Video-assisted thoracic surgery
