永久性心脏起搏器植入术中囊袋内预留引流条对囊袋血肿发生率的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨永久性心脏起搏器植入术中囊袋内预留引流条对囊袋血肿发生率的影响。 方法 从我院2011年11月～2013年11月收治的行永久性心脏起搏器植入术的患者中选择100例进行研究，分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组进行常规处理，观察组在常规处理基础上预留引流条，观察两组的术后囊袋血肿发生情况并进行比较。结果 术后2周，两组患者均未出现感染，所有患者切口均甲级愈合，切口愈合时间比较两组差异不显著（P0.05）。但观察组的囊袋血肿发生率为2.0%，显著低于对照组的18.0%（P0.05）。 结论 永久性心脏起搏器植入术中在囊袋内预留引流条可以显著降低术后囊袋血肿的发生率。 　　[关键词] 永久性心脏起搏器植入术；引流条；囊袋血肿；发生率 　　[中图分类号] R318.11 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）32-0145-03 　　Effect of permanent pacemaker implantation in the capsular bag reserved drainage on the incidence of pocket hematoma 　　HUA Yongping DENG Tingting XI Gang LU Ting 　　Department of Cardiology，the Third Peoples Hospital of Jingdezhen City in Jiangxi Province，Jingdezhen 333000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of permanent pacemaker implantation in the capsular bag for drainage on the incidence of pocket hematoma. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were selected， and were divided into the observation group and the control group， each of 50 cases. The control group were given conventional treatment， the observation group were reserved drainage strip on the basis of routine treatment. The incidence of postoperative capsular hematoma of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Two weeks after operation， the patients of the two groups were not infection， all the wounds were healed， the healing time between the two groups was not significant （P0.05）. But the pocket hematoma occurrence rate of the observation group of was 2.0%， which was significantly lower than the control group with 18.0% （P0.05）. Conclusion Permanent pacemaker implantation in the capsular bag in the reserved drainage strip can significantly reduce the postoperative incidence of pocket hematoma. 　　[Key words] Permanent pacemaker implantation； Drainage strip； Pocket hematoma； Incidence 　　近年来，缓慢性心律失常的发病率越来越高，而永久性心脏起搏器植入术作为一种有效的治疗方式，开始越来越多地应用于临床治疗缓慢性心律失常的过程中。
