环乳晕切口在乳腺纤维瘤临床治疗中的应用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.22.29 　　摘要目的：探讨环乳晕切口在乳腺纤维瘤临床治疗中的应用效果。方法：2011年2月-2013年1月收治乳腺纤维瘤患者90例，根据随机原则分组。对照组采用放射状切口，试验组采用环乳晕切口。术后随访1年以上，对比两组在切口愈合情况、复发率、美观满意度等方面的差异性。结果：两组切口愈合情况、复发率比较组间差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。与对照组相比，试验组对乳房美观满意度明显较高，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在乳腺纤维瘤手术中采用环乳晕切口可取得满意的美观效果，且不影响切口愈合，不增加复发，今后可将其推广应用。 　　关键词环乳晕切口；乳腺纤维瘤；手术治疗；应用效果 　　Application analysis of the ring areola incision in the clinic treatment of mammary gland fibroma 　　Lv Fakai 　　The People’s Hospital of Zhongjiang County，Deyang City，Sichuan 618100 　　AbstractObjective：To explore the application effect of the ring areola incision in the clinic treatment of mammary gland fibroma.Methods：90 cases with mammary gland fibroma were selected from February 2011 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into groups according to the random principle.The control group were treated with radial incision.The experimental group were treated with ring areola incision.They were given postoperative follow-up for more than one year.The differences were compared between the two groups in the wound healing，recurrence rate，aesthetic satisfaction and so on.Results：The wound healings and recurrence rates of two groups were compared，and the difference between groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）.The aesthetic satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the mammary gland fibroma operation，using ring areola incision can obtain satisfactory appearance effect.It does not affect the healing of incision and increase the recurrence.It can be applied in the future. 　　Key wordsRing areola incision；Mammary gland fibroma；Operative treatment；Application effect 　　乳腺纤维瘤是发生于乳腺小叶纤维组织、腺上皮的一种雌激素相关性良性肿瘤，一般好发于青年女性，临床首选手术治疗。传统的放射状切口虽然可有效切除瘤体，但遗留明显的手术瘢痕，可导致乳房凹陷畸形或不对称，影响美观，对广大女性患者造成严重的心理创伤[1]。本文探讨了环乳晕切口在乳腺纤维瘤临床治疗中的应用效果，现报告如下。 　　资料与方法 　　2011年2月-2013年1月收治乳腺纤维瘤患者90例，纳入本研究，均经乳腺
