Most of marketing manager’s work is with Claudia Ortega, whose speciality is marketing. 4. The Account Department want more cooperation with the Data Processing Department. Office layout 1. There are no restaurants nearby. 2. People smoke outside the main door. 3. Staff with children. 4. There are two disabled staff. Working conditions 1. 72% want better facilities and more chance to express their opinions to the Ortegas. 2. 35% say their work lacks variety. 3. 58% would prefer flexitime so that they can avoid travelling to and from work during the rush hour. 4. 38% think they are underpaid by at least 10%. 5. Sales staff say they do too much unpaid overtime to complete their paper work. 6. People in the Corporate Business section earn 30% to 40% more than the Sales staff in Travel Shop. There are some problems in these areas: management structure, office layout, working conditions. Some parts in management structure are not suitable for cooperation. The office space is not used efficiently and needs a complete reorganisation. The staff survey shows workers’ complaints.
