Based on domestic background, our country the construction quality control and management consciousness and social attention improved. Through the analysis of the quality of construction projects and improving the government supervision, it completely solves our government work of quality supervision on many of the objective problems. The paper focuses on Chinese and foreign engineering quality supervision and How management pattern，and carries on the contrast analysis. Then for the question to more effectively improve the construction engineering quality supervision and management ability, proposes the solution scheme. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the construction project quality supervision concept and elaborated on Chinas engineering quality supervision and the characteristics of the model. The foreign several major developed countries engineering quality control and management mode was analyzed. The comparative study of Chinese and foreign’ s mode characteristics, through to the developed country construction engineering quality supervision and management pattern analysis, summarizes the developed countries construction project quality supervision and management of advanced experience, provides our country engineering quality supervision and the problems existing in the management, and which problems to improve. Finally, the corresponding measures, for the construction project quality supervision and management model puts forward related suggestions. Relevant government departments should turn the quality safety work to adapt to the international development.
