提质条件对褐煤表观性质的影响研究   摘要: 在不同的加热温度、保温时间、粒度提质条件下,对内蒙古锡林浩特褐煤进行低温干燥,研究了提质后褐煤的表观性质,分析了提质前后褐煤的水分、挥发分、发热量的变化,得出各提质条件对褐煤表观性质的影响从大到小依次为煤样粒度、加热温度、保温时间.综合考虑提质条件对褐煤表观性质的影响、提质后所需褐煤的水分和挥发分要求以及现有的试验设备和试验条件等因素考虑,最终确定褐煤干燥提质的条件为:煤样粒度6 mm,加热温度200 ℃,保温时间20 min.   关键词: 褐煤; 低温干燥; 提质   中图分类号: TQ 531文献标志码: A   Influence of qualityimproving conditions on   lignite surface characteristics   LV Yuting, HE Ping, ZHAO Liying, ZHANG Shancheng   (Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology,Harbin 150027,China)   Abstract: Under different qualityimproving conditions,i.e.the heating temperature,the heatretaining time and the particle size,lowtemperature drying of lignite samples from Xilinhot,Inner Mongolia,was carried out,and the surface characteristics of lignite of the improved quality were investigated in this paper.Variations of moisture and volatile contents,and heat value of the lignite samples before and after quality improvements were analyzed.It was concluded that the particle size has the greatest impact on the lignite surface characteristics and the heatretaining time has the smallest impact.According to a comprehensive consideration for the impacts of qualityimproving conditions on the lignite surface characteristics,the required moisture and volatile contents of qualityimproved lignite,and existing experimental devices and experimental conditions,the conditions for lignite quality improvement by drying were finally determined as follows:the particle size is 6 mm,the heating temperature is 200 ℃ and,the heatretaining time is 20 min.   Key words: lignite; lowtemperature drying; quality improvement   世界褐煤的地质储量约为4万亿t,1995年底已探明的褐煤及烟煤储量达到5 100亿t,以欧洲和亚洲居多,各国的褐煤可采储量,前苏联和德国位居前列,我国褐煤可采储量为186亿t,居世界第6位[1],其中75%分布在内蒙古东北部地区,12.5%分布在西南地区[2],东北、华东和中南地区的褐煤只占全国储量的5%左右.褐煤属低变质程度煤,本身具有三高二低即高水分、高灰分、高挥发份、低热值、低灰熔点的特点,使其只能是一种劣质燃料,一度出现了现采现烧的状况[3].为了改变这一现状,提高褐煤的利用效率,许多专家学者就褐煤提质进行了研究[4-8],且取得了一定成果,本文就褐煤提质条件对褐煤表观性质的影响进行研究分析.   能源研究与信息2013年第29卷   第3期吕玉庭,等:提质条件对褐煤表观性质的影响研究   1试验材料与方法   1.1样品分析
