﹒现代农业型 因地制宜谋发展 创新机制求发展 ——宁洱县磨黑历史文化名镇保护与开发经验交流材料 中共宁洱县磨黑镇委员会 磨黑镇人民政府 尊敬的各位领导、各位专家、各位代表： 磨黑镇位于宁洱县东北部，昆曼国际大通道穿境而过辖区面积507平方公里，全镇辖10个村民委员会和1个城镇社区，有139个村民小组6134户人，居住着哈尼、彝、傣、回等17少数民族，少数民族占总人口的65%。平均海拔1372米，属全年无霜的热带、亚热带季风气候，年平均气温21.6℃，年降雨量在1200—1400毫米之间，日照时数为2900小时。磨黑因盐而得名，因盐茶而发展，是茶马古道上的重要驿站。磨黑物华天宝人杰地灵磨黑清末及民国时期，磨黑贸思普地区的政治、经济、文化活动中心每天有上百支马帮出入于盐井一时磨黑商贾云集马店林立，马锅头把食盐驮运到外地出售，把外地的商品驮运到本地销售，随着贸易的日趋频繁，磨黑及早的汲取大量外地优秀文化，形成磨黑独具特色的建筑、人文、饮食民族文化。磨黑有美称磨黑“滇南盐都、茶马古镇、革命老区、丽人故里”的文化品牌定位镇内民房破旧，民房保存完好的较少，民房大多无特色，民房打造存在困难；镇内消防管网破旧，消防设施处于瘫痪状态；电线电缆乱拉，线杆随意竖立，各种标牌乱挂乱贴等视觉因磨思高速公路的修建，磨思连接线、213国道破烂不堪，道路亟待修复；河道亟待 position for future reference.
