Study on the Operation Mechanism of Innovative Venturing Education Based on Social Need 　　Supported by the Foundation Item of Research Subject of Education and Teaching in Changzhou University: “Study on Cultivation Model of Innovative Venturing Talents of Business and Management in Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities”; and the planned subject of Higher Education Association in Jiangsu Province: “Study on Cultivation of Innovative Venturing Talents in Institutions of Higher Learning in Jiangsu (ZZKT09198)”. 　　Received 16 April 2012; accepted 30 April 2012 　　Abstract 　　Starting out from the demand of the social and economic development on innovative venturing talents, this article conducts a systematic design and practice of cultivation of innovative venturing talents in institutions of higher learning. Guided by the idea of innovative venturing education, taking the objective of innovative venturing education as the starting point and destination, the implementation of innovative venturing education as the core and key and evaluation of innovative venturing education as the means of guarantee, this article establishes an operation mechanism model of innovative venturing education in institutions of higher learning. 　　Key words: Social need; Institution of higher learning; Innovative venturing; Operation mechanism 　　CHEN Yurong, WANG Jiannan (2012).
