四川省项目管理从业人员信息系统操作指南 1系统简介 系统运行环境 系统支持 本系统需在win2000\winxp\win2003操作系统环境下运行，浏览器版本IE6.0、IE7.0、IE8。 最低硬件配置 支持Windows2000以上的硬件配置。 登录系统 登陆“四川省住房和城乡建设厅”门户网站（），进入“电子政务大厅”。 点击“项目管理人员信息系统”图标，在“用户名”、“密码”对话框，输入“初始信息卡”标注的“用户名”与“密码”，进入信息系统，填报相关数据。（初始信息卡的办理：企业携带已取得的资质证件、单位介绍信、经办人员身份证原件，以及相应材料到四川省住房和城乡建设厅216室）。 人员报名 添加人员 进入系统后出现下图所示界面。在上图点击左侧“培训报名”菜单出现如下图列表： 点击如图中的 “我要报名” 按钮：出现如下图界面。 点击上图中‘选择’按钮，出现如下界面。 点击上图中‘新增人员’按钮，出现如下界面。 填写完信息后点击‘保存’，出现如下界面。 点击‘选择’按钮后，出现以下界面。 上传照片后，点击‘保存’按钮。 3.2人员上报 再点击左侧菜单中的‘申报管理’，出现以下界面。 勾选人员后，点击‘上报’按钮后，该人员就上报到主管部门了。 对于培训状态是 ‘报名信息已上报’的人员，可以对其撤回 3.3信息打印 上报后就可以打印该人员的‘申报单’。 点击‘申报单’，出现以下界面。 人员申报完后，可以打印出‘汇总表’。 点击‘打印汇总表’出现以下界面。 技术支持 4.1四川省住房和城乡建设厅信息中心，联系电话：座机电话号码； 4.2网上咨询：，咨询QQ群号：座机电话号码0； 4.3四川省住房和城乡建设厅信息中心地址：成都市人民南路四段36号，人民南路立交桥旁。 Ellipticity of elbow pipes with diameters less than or equal to 150 mm must be not greater than 8% diameter of 200 mm or less shall not be greater than 6%.
