Probiotic is one of the important member of feed additives. Probiotics are applied to feedstuffs because they are very important to the balance of the thalli in animals，bodies. It can prevent the body from disease, so animal productive performance is greatly improved. In addition they also have non-toxic, non-accumulation of residue, no environmental pollution. This paper introduces probiotics function mechanism and their effection to pig production to prove the great impact of probiotics. The paper finally talked about the foreground of probiotics. Keywords: probiotics; function mechanism; pig production; future use 随着人类对畜产品数量及质量要求的不断提高，人们从饲料方面入手，越来越多的饲料添加剂应用到饲料中，其中广谱抗生素一直被人们过多的使用。但是过多使用抗生素会使细菌耐药性提高，同时其代谢产物对环境也有一定的污染，在这种情况下，人们就找寻一种与抗生素作用相似但又有抗生素所没有的优点的添加剂——益生素。益生素具有无毒副作用、无抗药性、无残留等优点被越来越多的应用到饲料添加剂中[1]。 益生素定义及分类 益生素定义 益生素（Probiotic）又称微生态制剂或活菌制剂，是一种含有大量有益菌或其休眠体及其代谢产物和生长促进因子，具有维护肠道微生物平衡、促进动物生长、提高饲料转化率和提高机体健康水平的活菌制剂。 1.2 益生素分类 1.2.1 乳酸菌类 以乳酸
