重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） N企业物流路径优化研究 学 生：程朝阳 学 号指导教师：牟小俐 专 业：工商管理 重庆大学经济与工商管理学院 二O一一年六月 Graduation Design(Thesis) of Chongqing University Enterprise logistics management research Undergraduate: Cheng Chaoyang Supervisor: Prof. Mou Xiaoli Major: Business Administration Economics and Business Administration Chongqing University June 2011  摘 要（重写）（对论文研究内容的浓缩） 物流理论由西方国家引入我国后，受到了政府、企业及学术界前所未有的关注。学术界偏重于对大物流公司物流理论研究。我国中小企业物流普遍存在的诸多问题，日趋突出，理论导向相对滞后，优化中小企业物流已刻不容缓。 首先，分析我国物流发展及管理现状、中小企业物流的特点和存在的问题，分析第三方物流的优势和不足，提出中小企业与第三方物流公司建立诚信，共赢的物流合作伙伴关系，建立以第三方物流公司为核心的物流联盟，利用社会物流资源，减少中小企业物流投资，获得物流规模效益和专业服务来优化中小企业物流。 其次，运用中小企业集群的对策，集群的中小企业形成企业联盟，构建虚拟的企业集团，整合联盟企业的物流资源，解决中小企业分散、物流规模小和不连续等问题，中小企业物流获得集群效益，从而使中小企业的物流得到优化。 最后，找到优化中小企业物流的内因，即中小企业物流内部管理。当前，中小企业在利用好社会物流资源的同时，挖掘中小企业的内部潜力，优化自身物流。通过提高中小企业管理者对物流的认识，提高管理人员素质，调整中小企业组织结构和业务流程，加强计划管理，建立健全物流绩效考核体系，并通过数学模型，从量化的角度对中小企业物流进行优化。 中小企业物流优化的对策，运用到 N公司的实际工作中，N公司物流优化取得了一些成果。 关键词：物流，优化对策 ABSTRACT Logistics theory has drawn unprecedented attention from the government,company and academic sphere since it was introduced into China from western countries. Academic theory pays more attention to those logistic giant, the theory for those problems faced by Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) are relatively lag behind, it is high time to optimize the logistic of SME. We begin by analyzing the present situation of the development and management status in logistics, and the characteristic and existing problem of logistic in SME, and we analyze the advantage and disadvantage of the third party logistics. Then raise the point that by the way of faithful cooperation between SME and the third party logistics, establish the win-win logistic union around the nucleus of third party logistics. SME could make use of social logistic resources to reduce the investment on logistic, and gain the scale efficiency to optimize the logistic of SME.
