摘要 城镇化过程中创业环境与农民工创业意向的关系研究 城镇化过程中创业环境与农民工创业意向的关系研究 摘要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 城镇化过程中创业环境与农民工创业意向的关系研究 摘 要 自上个世纪九十年代以来，我国就逐步进入了农村城镇化的进程。这一过程造就了大量离乡打工的农民工。随着城镇化发展的深入，越来越多的农民工走上了创业的道路。本文正是在这样的背景下，查阅了近几年大量的相关文献，对城镇化过程中，农民工的创业意向进行了研究。 本研究首先对各量表的信效度进行了检验，然后着重对于创业环境和农民工的创业意向之间的关系，以及创业机会识别和自我效能感对于创业环境和农民工创业意向之间关系的作用进行了分析。本研究以300名苏州和南通两地的农民工为被试，运用SPSS20.0和AMOS20.0进行了相关分析、信效度检验、描述统计以及回归分析等。研究结果表明： 1、创业环境对于农民工创业意向具有积极的影响 2、创业机会识别是创业环境和农民工创业意向之间关系的条件变量 3、自我效能感是创业环境和农民工创业意向之间的中介变量 关键字：创业环境 农民工创业意向 创业机会识别 自我效能感 作 者：陈紫源 指导教师：朱月龙 Research on the relationship between the entrepreneurial environment and the migrant workers entrepreneurial intention in The process of urbanization Abstract Since the nineties of the last century, China has gradually entered the process of urbanization in rural areas.
