客天下·君临长安售楼部岗位职责和标准 二0一三年十月 （试行版） 东莞市鸿艺物业管理有限公司 第一章 案场（项目）经理职责和标准 第一节 检查各基础岗形象和工作点检表 一 职责描述：上班时检查各员工的形象是否符合标准，工作是否完成。 标准：按照各员工的仪容仪表描述和工作标准仔细检查是否到位，有不符合要求的工作立即改正，务必在销售人员到场时改正完毕。 第二节 各种突发事件的处理 一 职责描述：及时处理售楼部各项突发事件并衔接地产商解决问题。 标准：每天上午9:30-11:30，下午3:00-5:00必须在售楼现场内指导工作，并注意大堂内各重要事项、可能的突发事件，尤其是在高峰期和活动日。 第三节 员工关心 一 职责描述：观察员工情绪，及时关心和鼓励员工。 标准：每天上班时必须询问员工工作状况一次，遇到员工工作有难度应及时为其解决问题。 第二章 吧台客服工作职责和标准 第一节 个人形象和礼仪 一 职责描述：把个人形象和礼仪当作是一种职责，实际上是在给顾客展示一种专业、一种信赖，为其购房提供一个愉快而舒适的气氛。履行好此项职责，既体现了对客户的尊重，又体现了对配合销售工作的负责。分为仪容仪表和言谈举止两个方面。 二 标准： （一） 仪容仪表：穿着规范、整洁、干净、化淡妆，面带微笑，发型文雅、庄重，梳理齐整，长发统一头花梳成发髻“您好，请问您喝什么饮料？”站立 责任大于一切 追求顾客满意 venture capital investment guarantee mechanisms, talents, positive for special funds, play to the guiding role of financial capital, leveraging features, evolving financial resources, capital, financial capital, protection of social capital into new patterns. 3 innovation environment, optimizing talent, create a good atmosphere.
