农村家庭迈向信息化的实现策略研究“信息化”指培育、发展以智能化工具为代表的新的生产力并使之造福于社会的历史过程。而“教育信息化”，则是指在教育领域全面深入地运用现代信息技术来促进教育改革与发展的过程。其技术特点是数字化、网络化、智能化和多媒体化，基本特征是开放、共享、交互、协作。教育信息化是教育发展的方向，是教育现代化的象征。 社区教育，走信息化发展之路，是一种历史的必然。09年4月“上海终身学习网”的正式开通，让居民的信息化学习有了更为宽广的平台，为社区教育信息化的推进又拓展了一条便捷的通道,它标志着上海社区教育信息化工程又迈出了实质性一步。 然而，上海农村地区的信息化推进工作并不如人们预期的那么乐观。根据现有获得的材料来看，从软、硬件设施到网络教育平台，从信息资源开发到人才队伍培养，从信息化学习方式的普及程度到实际教育效果，农村与城市在短短的数年中拉开了显著的差距，不但制约了社区教育在农村全面、深入开展和学习型社区的构建，而且已开始逐渐影响到“社会主义新农村建设”的速度和农村居民文化生活品味及生活质量的全面提升。 我们确定《推进农村信息化进程的策略研究》这一课题展开研究，也正是基于这样现实需要，尝试借助对上海农村地域较为宽广的几个区县信息化推进状况广泛而深入的调查研究与分析，找出制约农村信息化的发展瓶颈，旨在为上海农村地区信息化谋求更为宽广的发展之路，同时，也为其他农村地区的信息化建设提供有益的启示。 Abstract： Information refers to the historical process of cultivation, to develop intelligent tools as the representative of the new productive forces and the benefit of the community.
