南方医科大学医学实验技术本科教学大纲 形态学实验技术 Techinque of Morphology 适用于医学实验技术专业 （四年制本科） 执笔：病理学教研室 申 洪 教授、副主任 审阅：病理学教研室 丁彦青 教授、主 任 基础医学院负责人： 冯天元 院长 南方医科大学教务处 二○○六年十二月  课程代码：B010048 一、课程简介 形态学实验技术是医学实验技术专业本科核心课程。本教学大纲根据南方医科大学医学实验技术专业本科培养方向、目标及要求，根据实际医学教学、科研及临床工作对医学形态学技术的要求编写，适用于医学实验技术专业四年制本科。总教学时数为50学时（2.5学分），其中理论课讲授12学时，实习36学时，考试2学时，讲习比为1:3。形态学实验技术是医学教学、科研及临床检验中的重要技术，是医学实验技术的重要组成部分。在医学教学、科研及临床实践中离不开形态学实验技术。在形态学实验技术的学习中，要求掌握形态学实验技术的基本原理、方法和动手实验能力，为医学形态学技术的实践打下良好的基础。 PATHOLOGY SYLLABUS FOR UNDERGRADUATES OF EXPERIMENT TECHNIQUE MEDICINE IN SOUTHERN MEDICAL UNIVERSITY Techinque of Morphology Applied Specialty: Undergraduates of Experiment Technique of Medicine (4 years) 1. Course Introduction Technique of morphology is the key subject for undergraduates of experiment technique of medicine. The syllabus is formulated according to the aims and requirements for cultivating undergradutes of experiment technique of medicine (4 years) in Southern Medical University. It is compiled according to the objectives for clinical doctors and programs for clinical undergraduates of Ministry of Education. Fifty class hours (2.5 credit) of the total pathology teaching hours include 12 class hours for theory, 36 class hours for practicals and 2 class hours for examinations (1 for theory and 1 for the practical). The teaching and practical ratio is 1:3. Morphological experiment technique is the main stem which bridges basic and clinical medicine. Through study of pathology, which is the foundation of clinical medicine, students are required to grasp the etiology, pathologic changes, pathogenesis, development and clinical correlations of diseases. It is also required to fundamentally understand and analyse diseases from the pathology point of view in order to set up a solid foundation for study of clinical medicine.
