It also helps you strengthen strategic idea to promote your job position or performance.This course provides the topics for thesis research when associated with other courses or tools, such as System Dynamics, Simulation, Theory of Constraints, Supply Chain, New Product Development, and RD Management, etc. It covers the concepts of business model for enterprises and their strategies for competition.
