白钨浮选尾矿回收黑钨矿的强磁选试验研究 周晓彤，邓丽红，廖 锦 (广州有色金属研究院，广东 广州 510650) 摘要：某大型黑白钨矿含.44％ WO3，WO3在白钨矿、黑钨矿和钨华中分布率分别为65.61％、29.41％和4.98％，采用先浮选白钨矿，其尾矿回收黑钨矿的选矿方法。因为白钨浮选尾矿品位低，所0.235％ WO3的强0.47％ WO3，钨回收率90.64％。工业试验指标：对含0.20％ WO3的0.43％ WO3，钨回收率73.26％。 关键词：黑钨矿；高梯度磁选机；磁选 中图分类号：TD955 文献标识码：B 文章编号2010)04-0064-04 Study on the magnetic separation processes for recovering wolframite from sheelite flotation tailings ZHOU Xiao-tong, DENG Li-hong, LIAO jin (Guangzhou Non-ferrous Metal Research Institute, Guangzhou 510650, China) Abstract: A large scheelite and wolframite ore contained 0.44% WO3 and the distribution rates of WO3 in fine tungsten sediments such as scheelite, wolframite and tungstite are 65.61%, 29.41% and 4.98% respectively. The principle flowsheet consists of the scheelite flotation and the railings are treated to recover wolframite. Due to the low grade of the scheelite flotation tailings, it is hard to gain wolframite in flotation directly. In order to increase the grade of the wolframite flotation feed, high-gradient magnetic separator is used to treat the tailings. After one roughing and one scavenging high intensity magnetic separation, the concentrate can have a better grade. Laboratory test results: when the magnetic separation feed contains 0. 235% WO3, the wolframite magnetic separation concentrate grade is 0.47% WO3 and the reovery is 90.64%; industrial test results: when the magnetic separation feed contains 0.20% WO3, the wolframite magnetic separation concentrate grade is 0.43% WO3 and the recovery is 73.26%.
