The quality of construction is formed in construction projects, and the sum of construction quality of each projects is on behalf of the companys overall level of quality. Quality control of project management is expressed as quality control over construction organization and the construction site and control factors affecting and key links. Quality management of construction project is a systematic project, which involving corporate governance at all levels and every operation workers of the construction site. Meanwhile, in view of characteristics such as the long construction cycle and many factors of the natural environment, the quality management is very difficult and have high demand. Therefore, in the course of the construction works to clutching construction quality control points and doing a good job against the construction site management and control points to take the appropriate measures and means, so that the construction works to meet quality requirements.
