DOI :10.13830/j.cnki .cn44 -1129/g8.2006.06.026 第 26 卷 第 6 期 广州体育学院学报 Vol .26 No .6 2006 年 11 月 Journal of Guangzhou Physical Education Institute Nov .2006 竞技散打 ,“轻体育”化改造 * ———学校开展武术散打教学的理性思考 朱瑞琪 1 , 高 亮 2 (1 .北京体育大学 武术学院, 北京 100084 ;2.巢湖学院 体育系, 安徽 巢湖 238000) 摘 要 :竞技散打的可持续发展需要学校体育来普及和推广 , 扩大其影响 , 学校教育又可通过开展武术散打运动为其培养目标服务 ,但当前开展的竞技散打, 竞技性强 ,很难在普通大、中、小学普及和推广。针对两难现象 ,提出对当前开展的竞技散打进行 , 运动负荷的轻松化、运动技战术的简化、武德和行为规范的强化、教学、训练和比赛过程的体验化等的轻体育化过程的改造 , 使其符合普通学生的身心特点。旨在为当前学校武术教学改革提供参考。 关键词 :竞技散打 ;轻体育 ;散打教学 中图分类号 :G85 文献标识码 :A 文章编号 :1007 -323X(2006)06 -0091 - Competitive Free Combat, Alteration of Neglect Physical Training -Thinking about Development of Free Combat Teaching in School ZHU Rui -qi1, GAO Liang2 (1 .College of Wushu , Beijing Sports University , Beijing100084 , China ; 2 .Department of P .E .,Caohu College , Caohu 238000, China) Abstract :Competitive free combat could be development one must popularize in school , the schooling can culti-vate specific objective for Wushu free combat , while present condition is that it have pay attention to emphasize athletic , its difficult to spread in elementary school and middle school .The author bases on it , put forward the Wushu free combat should decrease exercise burden , predigesting exercise techniques , intensify Wushu moral and behavior criterion education and so on alteration , make it suit for students practice .This paper the other pur-pose is aiming to provide references for teaching reform of the school Wushu . Key words :competitive free combat ;neglect physical training ;free combat teaching 散打(亦称散手)是两人按照一定的规则 , 运用武术中的踢、 展以来 , 走的是竞技化道路 , 普及程度不高 , 宣传力度也不够 , 致 打(拳法)、摔、格、挡、抱等攻防方法进行徒手对抗的体育项目。 使许多人把散打运动误认为是拳击 , 或误认为是 “打架” 。因此 , 散打运动自 1979 年开展以来 , 通过比赛和在各类武术馆校、省市 当前 , 急需加强散打运动的普及宣传工作 , 特别是对青少年的普 散打运动队 , 体育院系武术专业等领域的实验推广 , 现形成国内 及工作。但由于散打运动练习者容易受伤 ,场地器材要求较高以 外影响力较大的竞技散打运动。然而 , 遗憾的是 , 散打运动从开 及学生没有正确的习武观念等问题 ,致使普通学校开展率很低。 收稿日期 :2006 -03 -23 作者简介 :朱瑞琪(1950 -), 男 ,广东人 ,教授 ,
