创建资料库问题 I have an 11G instance running on RHEL 5. The database is open and otherwise functioning except I cant log into the enterprise manager console. This was working last week. SQL exec mgmt_target.set_agent_tzrgn(:3938,US/Eastern) PL/SQL procedure successfully completed. I started the dbconsole, but the problem persists.
