Moreover， in key areas such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area， the Yangtze River Delta， the Pearl River Delta， as well as the municipalities directly under the Central Government and the provincial capital cities， departments concerned begin monitoring the particulate matters and the pollutants in the air.
