基于UG的6110柴油机活塞三维实体设计要点分析.docVIP

摘要 CA6110柴油机是我国应用最早的柴油机之一，且使用范围在客车，同时也是无锡一汽柴油机厂在原有的1252-01基础上专研，通过自主创新的一款新产品。同时CA6110柴油机活塞是当前内燃机主要的零件之一，活塞主要经受着周期性，使得活塞机械负荷交变时会出现明显的热负荷性能的作用，CA6110柴油机活塞一般在高温以及高速和高负荷使用情况下，会出现润滑交变不良以及冷却情况下，导致CA6110柴油机容易出现故障。因此，本文研究重点是以CA6110 柴油机的活塞设计，考虑到活塞的缸套与活塞组的整体设计过程，首先本文CA6110柴油机活塞组成的构造进行常规分析，其次对CA6110柴油机的缸套、活塞、活塞环等进行设计计算，最后应用UG建模的方法，以此实现CA6110柴油机活塞的三维实体设计的功能。 关键词：6110柴油机；活塞；设计；三维实体模型 Abstract CA6110 Diesel Engine is one of the earliest applications, and using a range of passenger cars, but also the FAW Wuxi Diesel Engine Factory specializes in the original 1252-01, based on independent innovation through a new product. Therefore, this study is focused on the design of the piston CA6110 diesel engine, taking into account the overall design of the cylinder liner piston and piston assembly, the first structure of this article CA6110 Piston composition routine analysis, Secondly CA6110 diesel engine cylinder, piston, ring design calculations, method of final application UG modeling, in order to achieve three-dimensional solid CA6110 diesel engine piston design features.
