WHO肺部肿瘤组织学新分类 WHO 肺部肿瘤组织学新分类 钟雪云,叶社房(暨南大学医学院,广东广州510632) 摘要:肺癌治疗策略的制定和终点疗效的评价有赖于准确的病理组织学分类。随着近年来的肺癌分子生物学研究进展,国际肺癌学会( IASLC) 多次讨论重新修订病理组织学分类的意见, 对过去在组织学分类上存在差异的组织学类型重新进行了统一。1999 年4 月,世界卫生组织( WHO) 公布了第3 版《肺和胸膜肿瘤的组织学分类》。新版肺部肿瘤分类比旧版更为详尽、明确和严格,与近年来肺癌分子生物学的研究成果更趋于一致, 新分类解决了一直以来肺癌分类中存在的混乱状态,根据组织学来源更具体地划分出各种类型,对肺部肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后判断将起到重要的指导作用。规范病理诊断标准, 有利于促进国际间的学术交流,建议国内肺癌论文应尽快采用新版分类。 关键词:肺肿瘤;组织分类;世界卫生组织 中图分类号:R73412 ;R730126 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1004 -0242(2001) 02 -0096 -03 An Introduction to New Edition of WHO Histological Typing for Lung Tumors ZHONG Xue-yun , YE She-fang ( Medical College of Jinan University , Guangzhou 510632 , China) Abstract : The adoption of therapeutic strategy as well as the evaluation of final therapeutic effect of lung cancer depend on accurate his2tological typing. With the accumulation of the advance of molecular biological research recently , several discussions focusing on revisions for 专histologicaltypingoflungcancerwereconductedbyWHO/ IASLC,aimingtoclarifythe previouslyexistingdivergenceoftheclassification.In April 1999 , World Health Organization(WHO) finally published the third edition of Histological Typing of Tumor of the Lung and Pleu2ra. Compared with old edition of the typing ,the newone is more detailed ,accurate and strict in subtyping and is more in accord with the research 题achievementsof the molecularbiology oflungcancer.Besides,the newone resolvedtheever-lastingstateofconfusioninhistological typingoflung cancer , and made out different classifications elaborately based on histological origin , which contribute to the diagnosis , therapy and assess of 报prognosis.
