学号：1500294 姓名：潘海超 班级：机硕1510 绿色技术在机床制造中的实施方案 潘海超 （东北大学机械工程与自动化学院） 摘要：本文对绿色制造的概念进行了简单的介绍，并且提出了目前机床行业在实施绿色制造过程中存在的问题。简单的分析了国内外关于绿色制造的研究现状，详细的介绍了机床行业绿色制造的关键技术以及机床在制造过程中要达到机床绿色设计，机床绿色工艺及绿色生产，机床绿色装配与包装，机床绿色消费、使用、维护和维修，以及机床的绿色回收及拆卸等过程。此外针对我国现状对实施绿色制造的必然性进行了分析，提出了将来绿色制造在实施过程中可能面对机遇与挑战。本文的目的是进一步的加深人们对绿色制造的认识，更加的重视绿色制造在机床行业的应用，希望对我国机床行业绿色制造的发展具有一定的促进作用，进而促进工业与环境的可持续发展。 关键词：机床 绿色制造 环境 可持续发展 To carry out the reform of green technology in machine tool manufacturing Haichao Pan （Mechanical engineering and automation, Northeastern university） Abstract：this article has carried on the simple introduction about the concept of green manufacturing, and it presents problems that machine tool industry exists in the implementation of green manufacturing process. This article Simply analyzes the research status about green manufacturing at home and abroad, and it detailed introduces the key technologies of green manufacturing machine tool industry and machine tools in manufacturing process to achieve green design, green technology and green machine tool production, green machine tool assembly and packaging, green consumption, use, maintenance and repair, machine tool and machine tool of green recycling and disassembly process, and facing the present situation in our country we analysis the necessity of the implementation of green manufacturing, and in the implementation of the green manufacturing in the future may face the opportunities and challenges. The purpose of this paper is to further deepen the understanding of green manufacturing, more emphasis on the application of green manufacturing in machine tool industry, and then into the sustainable development of the industry and the environment.
