紫穗槐Amorfrutin的提取与分析 摘要：Amorfrutin一种具有抗癌活性的苯基类化合物，具有一定的抗糖尿病效应。这种天然活性物质具有降血糖、抗炎症的功效，还具有很好的耐受性Amorfrutin及其类似物还可以预防脂肪肝-一种因过量高脂营养引起的常见病，而且可被用作功能性的营养补剂或作为为患者量身定制的温和性治疗。Amorfrutin最早发现于甘草紫穗槐果实对于国内紫穗槐是否也含有这种天然产物，需要进一步研究本实验对国内引进栽培的紫穗槐果实里是否含有Amorfrutin这种物质进行探究采取溶剂萃取法，用无水乙醇对紫穗槐果实的提取通过液相质谱联用法对萃取液成分进行鉴定有Amorfrutin。提取工艺5%的盐酸和进行萃取经液相质谱联用Amorfrutin的谱图。最后再将两次不同结果图谱的质荷比和相对丰度，Amorfrutin，初步提取紫穗槐果实里Amorfrutin工艺。 关键词：Amorfrutin；糖尿病  The extraction and analyses of Amofrutin from Amorpha fruticosa Abstract: Amorfrutin as an anti-cancer activity of phenyl compound, has a certain anti-diabetic effects. According the world latest discovery, this natural active substance with hypoglycemic, anti-inflammatory effect, also has good resistance effect at the same time. Amorfrutin and its analogues can also prevent fatty liver, a common disease caused by the excessive of fat nutrition. And it can also be used as functional nutritional supplements or a mild treatment to the patients. The natural substance Amorfrutin was first discovered in the plant of licorice, and then in the seed of Amopha fruticosa with its effect of ant-diabetic. But it still need further study to make sure whether the domestic Amorpha has the Amorfrutin or not. In this paper, we studied this issue. We use the solvent extraction in the anhydrous ethanol to extract Amorfrutin from the seed of Amorpha, and then washed with hydrochloric (5%) acid and methanol. By using liquid phase chromatography to appraise the Amorpha, we find it contains Amorfrutin in the solution after ethanol extraction. After comparing different extraction techniques and the mass change ratio, relative abundance, we initially get the method of extraction Amorfrutin from the Amorpha.
