新教师培训心得体会 这次组组织的新教师培训，对我们都都非常有意义，因为我们工作作过了就能有切身的体会。短短短的三天培训非常短暂宝贵贵，内容涉及很多：有新时期期师德行为规范培训，教科研研、班主任工作、少先队工作作专题讲座，还有安吉县有效效课堂规范年综述及学生心理理辅导与家庭教育的讲座。 新的历史阶段，新的形式对我我们小学教师队伍建设提出了了更高的要求。作为新时代的的教师，只有具备全面的素质质，才能培养出适应21世纪纪需要的社会主义新人。通过过新时期师德行为规范培训，，我懂得了比“学高为师，德德高为范”更重要的，还是对对自己所从事的职业的价值和和意义的深刻认识和坚定信念念，这是21世纪教师素质的的最重要的方面。教师必须时时刻牢记自己肩负的社会和历历史责任，不断提高自身的素素质修养，自觉维护教师职业业道德，爱岗敬业、关爱学生生、廉洁从教、精心育人、团团结协作、勇于创新。 通过培训我也对班主任任和少先队工作有了更深的认认识。班主任工作在学校教育育和管理中占据着非常重要的的地位，它是沟通学校教育、、家庭教育和社会教育的桥梁梁，是联系所有任课教师的纽纽带。汤校长给我们组织的分分小组设计班级班徽、班歌、、班名的活动，更是让我们从从实践中了解到了一个班级团团结凝聚的力量是无穷的。 对于我们这些新老师来说如何何与家长沟通是一个难题，学学生心理辅导与家庭教育的讲讲座给我们带来了帮助。使我我们对家庭教育的意义有了进进一步的认识，家庭教育并不不是孤立的，它与学校教育、、社会教育紧密配合，共同形形成了我国社会主义的严密的的教育体系。家庭教育是学校校教育的基础，社会教育是学学校教育的补充和继续，家庭庭教育亦有一种社会职能。 作为一名新教师，要做到为为人师表，我还有许多地方要要学习，我将以老教师们为榜榜样，恪守教师的职业道德，，刻苦钻研。在教学中，我会会努力去工作，丰富自己，让让自己成为学生学习的引导者者、促进者，而在生活中成为为他们的朋友，争取早日成为为一名合格的人民教师。 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
