2008年自我工作总结 本人在政治思想上，一贯拥护党的各项方针政策，始终坚持四项基本原则，积极参加政治学习，关心国家大事。认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，能用正确的立场、观点、方法去分析和处理事情。热爱党，热爱社会主义，热爱本职工作，工作认真负责，积极主动，勤勤恳恳，任劳任怨，有较高的思想境界，良好的道德品质，遵纪守法，团结同志，助人为乐。以邓小平理论、“三个代表”和科学发展观的重要思想为指导，深入学习贯彻党的十七大和十七届三中全会精神，坚持以提高思想素质、完善工作机制、转变工作作风、强化能力建设为目标。使政治思想工作和本职工作有机结合，互为促进，共同协调发展。在平凡的工作岗位上作出力所能及的贡献，取得了明显效果。 二、工作成绩 在业务技术上，坚持一边工作，一边学习。不放过每次技术培训的机会。本年度参加省级举办的培训班2期，市级举办的培训班3期。其中地方病、血防项目培训为3期，结核病项目培训为2期。组织参与完成了本年度国家钩体病监测点监测工作、省疟疾监测点的监测工作以及省、市血吸虫病防治人群查病和查灭螺工作。组织参与完成了碘缺乏病防治与288户居民户盐样监测工作、完成了地方病健康教育3个试点乡镇、中心小学、9个村的地方病健康教育工作。组织参与并完成了省、市县联合举办的结核病“三下乡”文艺汇演宣传活动。组织参与并完成了两次对乡镇医院 参加了救灾防病工作，于5月13日至31日到了抗震救灾第一线—德阳市、绵竹市、什邡市开展救灾防治工作。为灾区的灾后防病做出了一定贡献。 6期，培训基层防保医生150余人次。进一步提高了基层医生的业务水平。 三、不足之处及今后打算 一直以来本人能将所学的理论知识应用在实际工作中，并不断的学习新知识、新理论，使自已的工作能力不断的提高。但在工作中仍然存在一些不足之处。主要是思想解放程度还不够，学习、服务上还不够，和有经验的同事比较还有一定差距，在今后工作中，我一定不断总结经验，克服不足，强化为人民服务的宗旨意识，努力把工作做得更好。 rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village secretary of the village Party branch.(three) actively promote grassroots cadres election work.
