X学校“控流保学”工作总结 XXXX学校 为了切实抓好普及九年义务教育，进一步贯彻落实《国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》，进一步巩固和提高“两基”成果，在上级教育主管部门的正确领导和学校党政一班人地共同努力，我校的“控流保学”工作抓得非常落实，我校期期学生入学率均达到了100%，重点做了以下一些工作： 重视“控流保学”工作的制度建设。 1、“三册”制度。每期开校初造学生花名册，每年终对所辖招生区域的校外学龄儿童逐户调查摸清，造好0-17周岁适龄儿童花名册，每年新生入学后制好学籍簿，建好了学生档案台帐，严格实行学生“户口”管理。 2、转学、休学、退学制度。学生转学必须凭户口迁移证和转学证明。转出学生必须由本人或学生家长申请,班主任审查同意,学校领导批准、教导处办理转学证明。凡因病或其他特殊原因休学，退学的学生必须由本人申请，班主任审查同意，学校领导批准，办理休学、退学手续。凡办理了转学、休学、退学手续的学生班主任必须在学籍簿上注明转学、休学、退学的时间、原因。教导处建立了专册登记簿。未办理转学、休学、退学手续，自动不到校学习的流动生，班主任及时做好了学生、家长的思想教育工作，动员到校参加学习。对休学期满的学生，学校按时通知到校插班 3、交接班制度。实行岗位责任制，采取“校内包班、校外包街道、社、队”的办法，划片定点，责任到人。注意保持了学校领导和教师的相对稳定，不轻易调动、调换任课教师。非换不可的班级，教师要办好交接班手续，除交“三率”情况外，还要交学生的学习和思想情况，如有流动生，必须讲明原因。 4、家访制度。学校每期期初、期末对各班学生入学、巩固和教学质量进行检查，每月末向上级主管部门填报一次学生人数统计表，开展“无流动生竞赛”活动，对无流动生的学校、班级、教师给予适当的表扬、奖励。 5、奖惩制度。凡在一学年内，无一名流动学生的班级，学校从自有经费中拿出一定份额的经费进行专项奖励。 每年学校按以上制度开展工作，安排人员，并与教师签订“控制学生辍学的责任书”，责任到人。假期定期安排人员对辖区内的学龄儿童进行摸底造册。 三、 加强教师思想教育工作。 XXX学校 rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village secretary of the village Party branch.(three) actively promote grassroots cadres election work.
