试论职业进入前青年人职业成熟度影响因素探讨中英文对照 Study English before the control factors of young people entering the occupation occupation maturity effect 本文采用《职业成熟度问卷》对我国职业进入前青年人（中专毕业生、大专毕业生、本科毕业生）职业成熟度的影响因素（人口学特征）进行探讨，以期对我国即将进入职场的青年人的职业指导、职业教育有所启迪与帮助。 This paper uses the occupation maturity questionnaire on Chinas occupation before entering the youth ( technical secondary school graduates, college graduates, graduates ) factors influencing occupation maturity ( demographic characteristics ) are discussed, in order to inspire and help guide the occupation, occupation education of our country enter the job market for young people. 　　职业成熟度是指个体做出与相应职业发展任务相适应的职业决策与处理适宜职业发展任务的准备程度。国外研究表明：职业成熟度高的个体更可能获得职业成功与职业满意，这是由于个体对职业决策过程表现出更高的认知，经常把现在与未来的职业目标相联系，考虑更多的职业问题，在职业决策过程中具有更高水平的自我依赖感，同时，更乐于认识到社会的现实要求及在职业选择中做必要的妥协。 Occupation maturity refers to the individual to adapt with the corresponding occupation development task occupation decision and appropriate treatment and occupation development readiness.
