4Ps 教学法在国际商务函电中的运用 张静，程锦，李振红 （山东商业职业技术学院，山东 济南，250103） 摘要：国际商务函电因为要进行大量的英文信函的书写练习使整个课程显得枯燥乏味，脱离实际业务的教学更使学生只学会了根据教材生搬硬套，写出的函电失去了应有的沟通本质，本文基于外贸业务，讨论了如何实现4Ps教学法在函电课程中的运用，真正使学生紧密联系外贸业务实际过程，考虑业务双方的立场，写出有意义的函电，理解函电沟通的本质。 关键词：4Ps 国际商务函电 沟通 4Ps method in teaching international business correspondence Zhangjing：(SICT, Jinan, Shandong 250103, China) Abstract: The International Business Correspondence course seems boring due to a lot of practice of writing English letters, the teaching which separated from the actual business makes the students only learn to copy mec
