毕业设计（论文） 题目：深圳市坪山新区保障性住房建设研 究  深圳市坪山新区保障性住房建设研究 摘要 随着国家改革开放的不断深入和经济实力的提升，国民贫富差距悬殊逐渐拉大，中低收入群体的住房难、住房贵等问题日益突出。我国政府在宏观调控中处于主导地位，应该创建具有政府福利性住房特性的住房保障体系，完善相应的法律制度，减少贫富差距过大造成的社会矛盾，解决中低收入群体住房的实际困难，促进房地产市场健康有序发展。 本文首先介绍了课题研究的目的和意义，探讨文章研究的思路和方法，提出主要创新点，介绍保障性住房的相关慨念和理论，并通过相关对澳大利亚的住房保障体系和法律制度与深圳市坪山新区保障性住房的对比和分析，针对目前深圳市坪山新区保障性住房存在的问题，提出相应的对策和建议，合理减少保障性住房建设规模，加大保障性住房及公共配套设施建设资金支持，建立以需求为导向的建设机制，逐步实现保障性住房可租可售，探索具有新区特色“租转售”机制，加快完善保障性住房配套设施等来推进深圳市坪山新区保障性住房健康、可持续发展。 关键词：坪山新区；保障性住房；解决对策  SHENZHEN PINGSHAN NEW DISTRICT AFFORDABLE HOUSING CONSTRUCTION RESEARCH ABSTRACT With the continuous deepening of the reform and opening of our country and the economic strength of the upgrade, the gap between rich and poor is widening, the problem of low-income groups in housing, housing expensive increasingly difficult.
