摘 要 本文是设计一套汽车天窗马达自动检测设备，以满足汽车工业自动化生产的需要。通过设计汽车天窗马达的定位和夹紧方式，使用一面两孔的定位，气缸压紧的方法来实现。设计马达的传动方案，使用一根与马达相连接的输出轴来实现马达的力矩输出。对设备状态、马达工作电流、力矩以及转动位置数据进行检测。运用了FX 系列可编程序控制器（PLC）对设备的动作流程进行控制, 论述了电气控制系统的硬件设计, 控制软件结构以及手动控制程序和自动控制程序的设计。 关键词：天窗马达，传感器，气缸，可编程序控制器 Abstract This is the design of a motor vehicle roof automatic detection equipment to meet the needs of automotive industry automation.
