本科生毕业论文（设计） 郑飞集团内部控制调查分析 姓　　名 郑田田 学　　号 20092091415 专　　业 会计学 指导教师 李扬 教授 2011年05月30日摘 要 随着社会经济的日益发展和现代化科学管理方法的产生和运用，内部控制已经发展到企业经营管理的各个领域，成为现代企业管理的重要手段。企业通过内部控制的建立和完善，可以提高企业内部管理水平和企业竞争力。在当今全球经济联系日益密切和竞争尤为激烈的环境下，企业更应该极其重视内部控制的作用，以提高自身竞争力，在竞争中立于不败之地，同时这也是我们对它进行理论研究的重要原因之一。论文采用文献研究和案例分析相结合的方法，通过对郑飞集团的内部控制状况进行调查分析，立足其内部控制的应用现状，着重在准确定位内部控制目标，塑造良好的内部控制环境，完善各个业务循环控制制度方面进行了探讨。 关键词：郑飞集团；内部控制；控制环境 Abstract With the social-economic development and the production as well as the use of scientific management method, internal control has been developed to all areas of business management and has become an important tool of modern business management. Through the establishment and improvement of internal control, enterprises can improve the internal management and business competitiveness. Under the circumstances of increasingly close and competitive global economy, companies should pay particular attention to the role of internal control in order to improve their own competitiveness to an invincible position in the competition, while as this is one of the important reasons for our theoretical study. In this paper, I choose the theory that using literature research and case analysis to investigate and analyze the situation of internal control of Zhengfei bloc. Based on the present application status of it’s internal control, those aspects that accurately position the target of internal control, creating a favorable surroundings of internal control and perfecting the internal control system of each business control are mainly discussed.
