天津工业大学 毕业论文 不公布成绩对大学生学习成绩的影响研究专 业 公共事业管理 指导教师 乔荣锋 职 称 副教授 2013年12月  摘 要 按照考试成绩高低对学生排名次,是当下我国教育广为盛行、为人熟知的一种实践方式，当然天津市也不例外。围绕大学生成绩排名及公布的存与废,多年来,教育工作者和社会各界争议不一。天津一些学者专家认为大学生的心理承受能力比较脆弱，会带来很大的心里压力，容易受到心理伤害，不宜公开大学生的成绩排名情况：还有一些天津学者专家表示，大学生已是成年人，有能力应对心里压力，更何况公布排名能激励学生们的上进心和积极性，排名不是最终目的，不是为了给学生排序、分等，作为一种激励手段它本身并无好坏之分，主要是看当事者即学生、老师以及家长如何看待、如何运用这种手段。不去运用这种得天独厚的激励方式绝对是对提高学习成绩锻炼学生各方面性格的一种巨大损失。为了切实给天津大学生们创造一个最优的学习环境，合理有效的提高学生的学习成绩，本文采用问卷法进行调查研究，从天津市高校中随机抽取一些班级进行严肃认真地问卷调查。为了学生的学习成绩能够得到有效的提高，国家应该科学可靠的去调查学生成绩排名影响情况，不可随意听某些非教育媒体煽动，非专业人士的调查问卷来制定一些措施，认真负责切合实际的制定有利于学生学习进步的政策。 关键词：成绩排名；学习成绩According to the high or low test scores to place students, is now widely prevalent, familiar, practical way of education.About the University students performance ranked and published by keeping or abolishing, for many years, educators, and community disputes.Some scholars expert think students of psychological bear capacity comparison vulnerable, will brings is big of heart pressure, easy was psychological hurt, should not be open students of results ranked situation: also some scholars expert said, students has is adults, has capacity should heart pressure, more besides announced ranked can incentive students of motivated and enthusiasm, ranked not eventually purpose, not to to students sort, and points,, as a incentive means it itself and no bad of points, main is see parties who that students, and Teachers and parents how to see, how to use this tool.Not to use this unique incentive strictly exercise students various aspects of personality to the enhancement of learning, it is a great loss.In order to create an optimal learning environment for students, reasonable and effective to improve students academic achievement questionnaire survey used in this paper, randomly selected from the Tianjin University seriously surveys some of the classes.Improvement of students academic performance can be effectively, the State
