摘要: 本设计为年产55万吨氧化铝厂的溶出车间设计。通过综合考虑原料、交通、气象、地理、供水、供电、燃料等因素，确定在广西壮族自治区平果县建厂。在广泛深入论证国内外氧化铝生产的各种不同工艺的基础上，结合设计要求和原料特点，制定了氧化铝生产溶出—稀释—沉降分离—赤泥洗涤—晶种分解—焙烧—母液蒸发等段工艺。 并绘制了主体设备、高压溶出车间平面布置图、高压溶出车间立体布置图和工艺设备连接图四张图。 关键词：氧化铝；拜尔法；溶出车间；溶出管道.
